Social Impact Fund II is an evergreen fund with quarterly applications and redemptions. Co-investment lets you invest directly in the platforms you choose, from aged care to disability accommodation and early learning. Both are available to wholesale clients only.
Social Impact Fund II (SIF II) is an open-ended fund investing in social infrastructure credit opportunities across the businesses and projects that deliver Australia's essential social services. The fund provides market-rate, risk-adjusted returns alongside measurable social impact across five target sectors: aged care, disability housing and services, social and affordable housing, skills education, and early childhood education and care. Income is predominantly generated from government-backed sources, giving the fund low correlation to mainstream listed assets. As a not-for-profit manager, FPIP reinvests surplus to further its charitable purpose, keeping our interests aligned with our investors and the people our businesses serve.
