We are looking for a passionate, values-aligned Associate to join our investment team in an exciting growth phase of the business. We are particularly seeking someone who is highly motivated, comfortable working autonomously, a strong communicator and is excited to work in a small, fast-paced and dynamic team. With a team based across Sydney and Melbourne we support a flexible, hybrid workplace. At FPIP we pride ourselves on being a non-hierarchical organisation, where every team member’s voice is just as loud as the next. In this role, not only will you have the chance to work directly with the Founders and Executive Directors, but you will also get the chance to influence company strategy for both FPIP and our portfolio companies. The Associate will assist the team with a wide variety of tasks including management of existing investments, screening and execution of new transactions, impact measurement and reporting, fund administration and investor relations. With exposure to a wide variety of opportunities and industries, this role will provide a unique opportunity to join a market leading team and help us to shape the social impact investing landscape in Australia.
